All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Purchases and payment

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Refunds

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within seven (7) days of purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take a few days to process. By requesting a refund, you agree to immediately delete the digital content you’ve purchased, whether in original form or modified, from all your electronic devices. You also agree that you have not provided the digital product to anyone else or have used the digital product for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to verify that you are not continuing to use the digital content/product from time to time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. After checking your bank account, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thedigitalwrangler.com.

License

By purchasing a digital product from this website, you are granted one irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to the product that you purchase. You violate this license if you give or sell the product to anyone, or if you imply that anyone who gets access to our product has the right to use it for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to invoice you for any product you gift to others.

Basically, if you purchase a product from this website, you are not allowed to share it with anyone, including family, friends or colleagues, this includes your Grandma Rose.
